This site is run by Hattie Hayward (“I”, “me”). I take your privacy seriously and only ever collect what I need to reply to you and, if you ask for it, send you my weekly note. I’m the data controller for the information described here.
If you sign up to the newsletter, I collect your first name and email address. If you book a free chat, I collect the details you enter in the booking form (typically your name, email, and anything you choose to share). I don’t collect anything else about you without telling you.
I use your details to send the weekly note you asked for and to arrange and follow up on your free chat. My lawful basis is your consent, which you give by signing up or booking, and which you can withdraw at any time.
A few trusted services help me run things: my newsletter and booking tools, and my email provider. They process your data on my behalf and only to provide their service. I never sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
I keep your details for as long as you’re on my list or in touch with me. When you unsubscribe or ask me to, I remove them.
You can ask to see the data I hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. To make a request, email me at me@hattiehayward.com. If you’re ever unhappy with how your data is handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This site uses only what’s needed to work. Any embedded booking or newsletter tools may set their own cookies, covered by their own privacy notices.
